Batch Bead Mill is a Hybrid Machine using small balls to create high shear forces on liquid / solid systems to cause rapid dispersion usually in one hour or less time. It is designed to disperse formulas of difficult products. It is an integrated production machine capable of producing a finely dispersed finished products from directly charged raw materials. Premixing not necessary. The three related operations of premixing, grinding and dispersing are combined within the one machine. Speed of operation is a most important feature with the majority of products achieving an "off the gauge" dispersion standard in under one hour. Standard Ball Mill slurry formulations may be used.‌
